What a licence includes is defined by Microsoft in service plans and published in the list “Product names and service plan identifiers for licensing”. From it, this page counts which plans the common suites include and what the larger one adds over the smaller one. Plans a person holds twice — such as a standalone licence whose service their suite already includes — PureTenant detects in the tenant using a maintained mapping of which licence covers which other.

What a service plan does not say
A service plan in the licence does not yet mean it is switched on or used: individual plans can be disabled on assignment, and some services need their own setup. Which plans a person actually holds and uses only shows in the collection per identity. This page names no prices — they depend on the contract with your IT partner.
